Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once processed, delivery takes 7 to 13 business days depending on your country and address. Total time from order to doorstep is typically two to three weeks.

We would rather tell you this up front than surprise you after you have paid.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders. There are no handling fees and no minimum order value.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take 2 to 4 days to show its first update — this is normal and does not mean your order is lost.

We ship worldwide, including the United States and Europe.

Duties and taxes

No additional duties or import charges are payable by you. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.

Delays

Carrier delays, customs checks and extreme weather are outside our control. If your order has not arrived 20 business days after it shipped, contact us and we will either reship it or refund you in full.
